This site may offer items for sale and/or download. Anything we develop and offer for download is tested on our own equipment before it is made available. It is, to the best of our knowledge, safe to install and use.

That being said, all files, whether for sale or free, are provided "AS IS". Compudude makes no guaranties or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, as to the functionality, usability or safety of these files. We will not be responsible for any damage to you, your data or your equipment.

As a Value Added Reseller of FileMaker Pro products, we may offer, as part of development of database systems, server, client and other software developed by FileMaker Inc. Most FileMaker software is delivered via electronic download and subject to the terms and coin.

Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

Compudude does not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products, product enhancements, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not send any original creative artwork, suggestions or other works. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Compudude's products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to Compudude. So, please do not send your unsolicited ideas to Compudude or anyone at Compudude. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still send them, then regardless of what your correspondance or communcation says, your ideas will automatically become the property of Compudude, without compensation to you, and Compudude can use the ideas for any purpose and in any way, even give them to others. This does not include patents, trade secrets and other confidential information belonging to those clients of Compudude with whom Compudude may have legally binding contract(s) including confidentiality clause(s), that are shared with Compudude for the purposes of providing consulting services and software/solution development.
